• Built the POC and MVP for all core platform components — including P6/MS Project schedule parsing, CxAlloy data harvesting, stale information detection, and automated checklist-to-calendar sync between CxAlloy and TeamUp.
• Developed AI-assisted schedule-to-checklist syncing and an AI question-answering layer that allows commissioning teams to query their own project data for real-time answers.
• Managed engineering delivery of a multi-tenant SaaS platform with client dashboards, internal workflow tooling, planned date management, and file upload infrastructure for commissioning teams serving hyper-scale data centers.

• Unified EMEA building construction standards across acoustics, unique space types, and high-complexity build conditions, integrating these into template libraries.
• Spearheaded launch of Headquarters by We — 16 locations across seven months — while collaborating with manufacturers in England and Poland to refine modular prefab products.

• Led technical design decisions for WeWork Japan's expansion from 0 to 12 open locations in the first year; onboarded new Architects of Record, Engineers, and Fabricators to WeWork standards.
• Managed the technical design with a 29-member design team, integrating regional insights and cultural context into global workplace strategy & standards.
• Partnered with Nomura, Sanwa Shutter, and Kokuyo to fabricate custom fire-rated glazed partition systems — reducing Capex while maintaining compliance with Japan fire codes.
• Introduced Pantry Operations Flow as a design review step during schematic — a communication tool for designers to get buy-in from operations & executives, and to gather feedback from architects of record and equipment vendors.

WeWork

• Drove a DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) initiative for glazed partition & kitchen/pantry delivery, bringing fabrication coordination upstream to schematic design.
• Built tooling in Dynamo to extract building geometry from Revit, run panel sizing, and generate fabrication-ready outputs — directly feeding factory machinery and on-site laser layout.
• Architected a supply chain MVP using Unleashed (a SaaS with a Python API) to centralize BOM quantification across regions for glazed partitions, prefab phone booths, and prefab pantries.
• Derived a global glazed partition standard (US, EMEA, APAC) that enabled regional bulk purchasing and reduced CAPEX for the Development team.

• Built and led the global Project Integration team across NYC, London, and Shanghai — establishing BIM standards and workflows that managed information flow from due diligence through construction.
• Oversaw implementation of reality capture standards and developed internal workflows to synthesize point cloud data into modeling, ultimately informing schematic design.

• Provided BIM and design technology consulting to AEC firms, including Apple, Skidmore Owings & Merrill, and Safdie Architects.
• Developed parametric solutions using Dynamo and Grasshopper for daylighting analysis, Revit nested family workflows, and light calculations across major commercial projects.
• Managed BIM coordination and construction support for complex projects, including LSMSHF, multiple WeWork locations, and international towers in China.
• Led campus-wide BIM implementation for The New School, converting 750,000 sq ft of legacy CAD data into a facilities-integrated model.
• Refined an approach to BIM standards at CASE by using firms' past models to data-mine the work, informing the direction of new standards initiatives, and establishing live dashboards to assess model health as projects progressed.

• Prior to graduate school, held roles in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, and material handling (Shaw Industries, REI & Target) while completing undergraduate studies.
• Served 8 years in the US Army as a 92A Automated Logistics Specialist in the 2nd Ranger Battalion, then as NCOIC of Procurement and Logistics in the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), managing inventory for specialized vehicles, weapons, signals, and maritime systems.
